Easy Flippers Lending will provide loans to investors that want to purchase a property, rehab it and then subsequently sell it on the open market. These loans will typically be on single family residences in North and South Carolina, but we will evaluate any non-owner occupied properties anywhere in the US.
We can also finance the rehab in the form of a draw once portions of the rehab are complete and confirmed by our inspector. We will loan up to 70% of the ARV and can finance up to 100% of the purchase and rehab. The term of these loans can be from 3-12 months. Please contact us for more details.
