Easy Flippers Lending will provide loans to investors who already own a property and would like to pull out funds for their next project. These loans will typically be on single family residences, manufactured homes, condos and townhomes but we will evaluate any non-owner occupied properties including small commercial properties. Buy & Hold Loans

Easy Flippers Lending will provide loans to investors that want to purchase a property, rehab it or not and then subsequently lease the property on the open market. These loans will typically be on single family residences, manufactured homes, condos and townhomes but we will evaluate any non-owner occupied properties including small commercial properties.
