These loans will typically be on single family residences, manufactured homes, condos and townhomes but we will evaluate any non-owner occupied properties including small commercial properties. Buy & Hold Loans
Easy Flippers Lending will provide loans to investors that want to purchase a property, rehab it or not and then subsequently lease the property on the open market.
